INGREDIENTS

Pasta for one

1 Chicken Breast

1 Cup of Prego meat sauce

1 Egg

1 Cup crushed Caesars croutons

1 Cup Mozzarella cheese

(optional) garlic bread

Seasonings

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons italian seasoning

1/2 tablespoon parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon butter

Preheat oven to 425.

Boil enough pasta for one person,

and cook until it sticks on the wall,

once pasta is ready mix with

1 tablespoon butter,

then.

Cut chicken breast into 5 pieces,

On each piece, cut half of it open in the middle,

enough to stuff mozzarella cheese in each piece,

close with a toothpick,

In a bowl, beat an egg

and add 

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons italian seasoning,

In a ziploc bag,

crush 1 cup of Caesar Croutons,

Dip each piece of chicken into egg and seasoning,

and then cover in crushed croutons,

after all 5 are done,

place on baking sheet,

and place in oven once preheated.

(Cook for 35-40 minutes)

10 minutes before chicken is done,

Place 1 Cup of Prego sauce in a small saucepan,

cook until Prego sauce is boiling.

(10-15 minutes)

Once all is done,

cover chicken and pasta with Prego sauce,

add mozzarella and parmesan cheese ontop,

and enjoy!

 

 

 

 

 

Quick and Easy Lemon Pepper Chicken!

INGREDIENTS 

2 Chicken Breast Sliced in pieces

Asparagus

2 Cups Broccoli

Half a Lemon sliced into 5 slices.

Seasonings 

2 tablespoons Olive oil

1/2 tablespoon lemon pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon peper

1 teaspoon italian seasoning

Quick and Easy!

Place 2 chicken breast slices,

All cut veggies,

and seasonings on baking sheet

Mix everything together well and place lemon slices ontop

Bake at 400 for 25-30 min!

 

Baked Ham

INGREDIENTS

Ham (i made 5 slices)

1 cup Pineapple

2 Carrots

2 Cupes broccoli

Asparagus

White Rice

Seasonings :

1/2 cup Brown sugar

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon parsley

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 350.

Wash all veggies, and peel 2 carrots.

Slice 5 pieces of ham, and place in a baking pan/or bowl.

Cover 1/2 cup of brown sugar ontop of ham.

Place pieces of pineapple ontop of ham.

Once preheated,

Place baking pan/bowl into oven.

(cook for 30-35 minutes)

Cut carrots into fries (I have a toddler so I have to cut them in half)

Chop off 1/2-1 inch off of the bottom of the asparagus.

Place in a bowl, and add

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon parsley

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

Mix well together.

Place on baking sheet after mixing veggies and seasonings.

Place in oven and cook for 25 minutes.

Rice A Roni, and Chicken with veggies

 

INGRIDENTS

2 Cups Zucchini

1 Cup of bell peppers

2 Cups Broccoli

1 Cup Onions

2 Cups Tomatoes

3 Chicken Breast

Seasonings 

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp Paprika

1/2 tsp salt

3 tbsp Olive Oil

2 tbsp butter or margine

1 Box of Rice A Roni (Your choice of flavor)

 

Time Baked : 40 Minutes

Oven : 450

Recipe :

Preheat oven to 450

Wash ALL vegtables

Cutt vegetables

This feeds 4, measure right amount of portions

(but always feel free to add anything you’d like exra!)

2 Cups Zucchini

1 Cup of bell peppers

2 Cups Broccoli

1 Cup Onions

2 Cups Tomatoes

Slice 3 chicken breast into little sqaures,

*the chicken cooks with the vegetables if they’re the same size

Mix the chicken pieces, all the vegetables in your cooking pan

add 1 tbsp of olive oil and mix together

add

all your seasonings

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp Paprika

1/2 tsp salt

and 2 tbsp of olive oil

mix all the vegetables, chicken, and seasonings together

place the pan in the oven,

*should be pre heated to 450

Rice A Roni

While the veggies and chicken are cooking

take out a skillet

melt 2 tbsp of butter or margine

once butter or margine are melted

add box of rice

stir the rice and butter or margine until golden brown

once its golden brown

add 2 1/2 cups of water

and seasoning package from iside the box

once all the water has absorbed

add 1/4 cups of water,

cover and reduce heat to low

after 10 minutes of cooling down rice should be done!

Chicken and Veggies

After 40 minutes chicken and veggies should be ready to come out the oven

and ready to serve!
