Marinara chicken.

INGREDIENTS

Pasta for one

1 Chicken Breast

1 Cup of Prego meat sauce

1 Egg

1 Cup crushed Caesars croutons

1 Cup Mozzarella cheese

(optional) garlic bread

Seasonings

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons italian seasoning

1/2 tablespoon parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon butter

Preheat oven to 425.

Boil enough pasta for one person,

and cook until it sticks on the wall,

once pasta is ready mix with

1 tablespoon butter,

then.

Cut chicken breast into 5 pieces,

On each piece, cut half of it open in the middle,

enough to stuff mozzarella cheese in each piece,

close with a toothpick,

In a bowl, beat an egg

and add 

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons italian seasoning,

In a ziploc bag,

crush 1 cup of Caesar Croutons,

Dip each piece of chicken into egg and seasoning,

and then cover in crushed croutons,

after all 5 are done,

place on baking sheet,

and place in oven once preheated.

(Cook for 35-40 minutes)

10 minutes before chicken is done,

Place 1 Cup of Prego sauce in a small saucepan,

cook until Prego sauce is boiling.

(10-15 minutes)

Once all is done,

cover chicken and pasta with Prego sauce,

add mozzarella and parmesan cheese ontop,

and enjoy!

Quick and Easy Lemon Pepper Chicken!

INGREDIENTS 

2 Chicken Breast Sliced in pieces

Asparagus

2 Cups Broccoli

Half a Lemon sliced into 5 slices.

Seasonings 

2 tablespoons Olive oil

1/2 tablespoon lemon pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon peper

1 teaspoon italian seasoning

Quick and Easy!

Place 2 chicken breast slices,

All cut veggies,

and seasonings on baking sheet

Mix everything together well and place lemon slices ontop

Bake at 400 for 25-30 min!

 

Baked Ham

INGREDIENTS

Ham (i made 5 slices)

1 cup Pineapple

2 Carrots

2 Cupes broccoli

Asparagus

White Rice

Seasonings :

1/2 cup Brown sugar

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon parsley

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 350.

Wash all veggies, and peel 2 carrots.

Slice 5 pieces of ham, and place in a baking pan/or bowl.

Cover 1/2 cup of brown sugar ontop of ham.

Place pieces of pineapple ontop of ham.

Once preheated,

Place baking pan/bowl into oven.

(cook for 30-35 minutes)

Cut carrots into fries (I have a toddler so I have to cut them in half)

Chop off 1/2-1 inch off of the bottom of the asparagus.

Place in a bowl, and add

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon parsley

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

Mix well together.

Place on baking sheet after mixing veggies and seasonings.

Place in oven and cook for 25 minutes.
